- My personal take on this.. is that it can be kind of cool to have a
- different variety of graphical effects. By careful use of story/character
- manipulation, you can explain the way they look and why..
-
- Imagine going into an alternate reality within the walls(just pretend..
- :-)) and all creatures/players are sort of half drawn within this odd
- world.. making them appear almost as if they were 'sketched' in. Head
- outside the walls, all appears normal but some odd creatures only found
- within the alternate reality cannot follow, hence some of the
- odder/different looking sprites can have their places too.
-
- I think all things can be explained away by correct planning(while
- designing graphics/levels) and story additions that can patch and mold the
- misshapen shapes and designs together.
-
- This is one of the things that has attracted me to Bad Mood.. as these
- different elements can add to one creative/different game.. as long as
- they are performed with cooperation between the working parts.
-
- Thanks,
- Robby
